The Southern Hashpitality Group is working to finalize agreements several hotels located in the Savannah Historic District. The hotels are all associated with major hotel companies so you will for sure be able to get your loyalty points. Specific hotels and other details will be provided once ALL contracts are signed. SHG anticipates by mid 2010*. In the meantime here are some highlights:
- ALL hotels are located in the historic district and offer significant charm and character; these aren't typical hash hotels
- ALL within walking distance of each other, no highway to cross
- At least one 24x7 Hashpitality Suite (entire meeting space area) offering never ending beer and games
- Guaranteed low rates*
- Some hotels with 100% hasher occupancy and right of first refusal – other hotels for overflow
- Complimentary hot breakfast
- Modern (and newly renovated amenities) in historical upscale style – in other words the hotels are awesome!
ALL rooms will have set rates (available to the IAH group only) and reservations only available through with specific codes and/or websites. Rooms will NOT be available for general booking via the Internet e.g. Expedia or the hotel reservation service.
*An email will be sent to all registered hashers once the lodging aggreements are finalized; so please make sure we have your correct email address. SHG is securing rooms for 1,500 hashers based upon the assumption each room will average no less than 2 individuals per room and a max of 4 individuals per room.
