We are not releasing the specific names yet because one property that we have 100% occupancy has not determined how to accept reservations more than a year in advance --- we talk to them every week to push them and offered to help coordinate - we are awaiting the response. We have agreements with multiple hotel brands/chains and different price points for each. Some hotels are 100% hash occupancy, one is mostly hash and the others are partial hash for overflow.

Each property has different amenities and will have different focal points for the event. For example, one hotel will be the site of the hash bazzaar so folks hocking their items may opt to reserve a room at that property since the items can be secured and not "hauled"from one place to another. Some hotels have haspitality suites or pools others do not so they might be less rowdy.
one hotel even has rooms for crazy folks that want to stumble to beer or pool within 20 yards! A little to close for me but hey some might like it.

We have enough rooms contracted for Fri, Sat and Sun to handle up to 1,500 hashers.
